Ann-Marie was nice enough to send us some samples for reviewing and boy am I ever glad she did! If you have never tried Jamaican Jerk seasoning, you gotta try this stuff out! I was always under the impression that Jerk seasoning wasn’t all that spicy…way off! MC’s Experience delivers on the heat bigtime with their Jerk Paste. My first love is Scotch Bonnet peppers so these hold a special place 🙂
I have yet to fully appreciate these sauces, but I plan on using them to the very last drop!
Jerk Sauce
While this one isn’t super hot, there is SO MUCH flavour in here that you tend to forget about the heat. I swear you can pick out each spice in this sauce. Speaking of sauce, this is more of a paste that you’ll need to spread with a knife or fork. Use this one on chicken on the grill….really good to make jerk chicken with!

Jerk Paste
THIS IS HEAT. I’d have to put this sauce in the 9/10 heat scale. Plenty warm for cooking with! Fantastic flavours abound just like the other sauces. Nice thing about it is the paste doesn’t fall off whatever you put it on…stays put and doesn’t make a mess of your plate 😉 If you’re a heat lover, try this stuff out and you won’t be dissapointed!

Hot Sauce
A flavourful hot sauce, Jamaican style! This hot sauce is great on darn near everything from eggs (oh you have to try it on eggs!) to chicken to seafood, a hamburger or pizza. It’s a very easy sauce to get used to having on everything as it’s not so hot that there’s no flavour.
