Byron Bay Smokin Mango Hot Sauce

If there were ever a chilli sauce that earned the adjective

“transcendental”,  it is the BBCC Gold.

Every time I taste it I am transported to winding narrow

streets filled with spice vendors standing in  front of

their shops.  Smell, taste and imagination are all treated

to a holiday when this sauce bottle is opened.

Quite possibly the world’s most interesting chilli sauce.
