I concocted this mixture of spices one night when I was eating dinner. It’s almost like a blackening spice, and I like to use it like that. Just smear it on ribs, steak, chicken, fish or any other kind of meat. Rub it in good and let it sit for a while, like a marinade. Overnight is awesome, but if you only have a minute, that’s ok too. It’s also good on salads and freshly buttered hot toast. Probably even makes tires taste good.
